    Job Title: Consultant/Senior Consultant

    Preferred candidates will have a background in Recruitment and experience in hiring within sectors such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Consumer Finance, and Wealth Management.

    Qualifications/Additional Qualifications

    • 3-6 years of experience in Mid to Senior Level hiring
    • Desirable: Postgraduate degree/MBA from a reputed business school
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High-energy, passionate, and target-driven
    • Interviewing and recruiting expertise
    • Strong organizational and relationship-management skills
    • Experience in hardcore sales from relevant sectors is a plus
    • Comfortable meeting new people and assessing candidate potential

    Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and recruit
    • Manage full recruitment cycle for diverse positions across organizational levels and locations
    • Tasks include research, sourcing, headhunting, screening, and evaluation
    • Prepare presentations, industry reports, and handle candidate shortlisting
    • Independently handle Mid-level engagements and provide support for Mid/Senior level assignments
    • Maintain and update databases, support business development activities
