About client:

Our Client is is an Indian information and communications technology company providing end-to-end ICT solutions including telecom services, data center services, cloud & managed services, transformation integration services and application integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows System Administrator Perform system builds, configurations, administration of Windows systems.

Responsibilities

1) Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex Windows environments (e.g., clustering, high availability, load balancing, etc.).

2) Function as point of contact for production Windows related issues. Participate in the support and implementation of Windows based applications and middleware products. 3) Ensure proper configuration and security on all server environments. Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all server environments.

4) Responsible for keeping management up to date on any outstanding production related issues.

5) Participate in On Call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

6) Perform other production support activities as required including but not limited to:

Hardware and infrastructure

Third party application support

Required Skills:

1) In-depth Windows 2012 High Availability, Load Balancing, and

2) Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure systems Install and configure virtual cloud instances

3) Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.

4) Develop scripts for automating client/server functions Monitor automated systems recovery solutions

5) Disaster Recovery

6) Scripting

7) Troubleshooting complex issues

8) Ability to install and manage multiple application environments.

9) In-depth knowledge of HP hardware

10) In-depth networking background 9) Excellent written and oral communication skills

10) Ability to assimilate new technologies and manage change.

11) Ability to work with developers and end users in a professional manner to resolve business critical problems in a high stress environment.

12) Minimum 5 year of experience

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech,/ MCA, 4-5 years, MCSE/ MCP etc. OEM Certifications for Server administrations, ITIL certified.
