    Chartered Accountacy Firm

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Associate located in Pune. Tax Associates are responsible for managing multiple clients' comprehensive tax compliance needs which include tax returns and tax provisions. They work with clients in order to support regulat tax compliances including audit compliances. As a Tax Associate, you will also contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff members and establish good working relationships with clients, including acting as a primary contact for clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
    • Proficient knowledge and experience with tax software and research tools (such as Tally, Winman)
    • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
    • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, with the ability to manage multiple clients' needs simultaneously
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • CA or pursuing CA certification is a plus
