Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating in the restaurant.

Guest Assistance: Provide information on menu items, specials, and any promotions. Assist guests in making menu selections when necessary.

Reservation Management: Coordinate with the restaurant staff to manage reservations and ensure optimal table turnover.

Communication: Liaise with the kitchen and waitstaff to maintain smooth communication and ensure timely service.

Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Maintaining the Lobby Area: Keep the lobby and waiting areas clean and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
