    Here at Artifact, we are building the future of gamers' digital identity while powering user monetization and acquisition across web2 and web3 games. Our leadership team includes former executives from some of the top companies like Google, Brex, and AAA video game companies, such as Activision Blizzard King , Electronic Arts, and Zynga .

    What we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with full-stack capabilities to join our team Join us to build systems to store and access user profiles in a decentralized privacy safe manner. We develop the foundation on which gamer developers can build reliable, performant, and well-integrated gamer identities into tier games.

    What you will accomplish:

    • You will be working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning
    • You will be building a robust, scalable, and highly available distributed infrastructure.
    • You will partner with the product team and other stakeholders to advance the product vision and lead the expansion into new verticals.
    • You will be actively collaborating with other leaders to source and recruit the best talent.

    About you:

    • 4+ years of full-time software development in frontend web applications in React.
    • Experience JavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review and major JS frameworks.
    • Work closely with the designers, backend engineers to build a holistic user experience. Help define and interact with REST based API's.
    • Strong experience and knowledge of Redux, and CSS libraries such as bootstrap, tailwind and SASS.
    • Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing
    • You lead by example. You develop rapidly and with high quality. You have a track record of modeling good behavior to less experienced engineers.
    • You love the chaotic grind of startups over the years.
    • You are an honest communicator. You prioritize helpfulness over politeness. You keep discussions pragmatic.

    Bonus points:

    • You have achieved a BS / MS in Computer Science or a related field
    • You have experience in a consumer-driven industry and/or a passion for games.
    • 0->1 startup experience, ideally with a pre-seed / seed/series A company.
    • You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
