    Requirements :

    • Good Communication
    • Strong understanding of basic Project Management Concepts
    • Ability to Understanding Customer requirement
    • Strong Analytical Skills

    Job Description :

    • Provide Technical and Functional support to customers
    • Providing a Product demonstration to customer
    • Product Implementation and Customer Training
    • Ensures that products/projects delivered to meet customer requirements.
    • Manages, and maintains all aspects of projectlevel risks
    • Expertise in MS Tools for Product Feature/ Functionality documentation

    Key Responsible Areas (KRA's) :

    • Understanding of Customer requirements and analyzing the same for providing proper solution.
    • Project planning and Implementation of Product as per customer processes.
    • Manage daily meetings and support to customer.
    • Handle production upgrades/Customization deployment activity.
    • Web service configuration and installation
    • SQL database Backup/Restore activity
    • Managing and tracking the customer issues SLA.

    Qualifications :

    • CS/IT Background or 2+ years of experience in Implementation field.

    Primary Skills :

    • Knowledge of SQL Databases/ DDL/DML etc.
    • Customer Support Activities.
    • Experience any field as a project lead.
    • Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action process and techniques.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment
