    Description

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • 10 to 12 years of IT experience
    • 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development, Implementation, and Administration
    • Proven leadership experience with Salesforce Developers
    • Experience with Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, and hands-on experience on LWC
    • Experience with Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, API, SOAP, process builder, and VF flow
    • Knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, and version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations such as API Management tools, Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts
    • Experience with automated testing development including browser-based testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado, Accelq
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills

    Job Description:

    You will be part of the Salesforce team designing CRM solutions to modernize client business processes and maintaining Salesforce environments by adopting best practices in collaboration with project stakeholders, development, and project managers

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and support client engagements, managing project scope, schedule, and quality of delivery
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations
    • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
    • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
    • Build integration components to transition data from local systems
    • Communicate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and developers to design cohesive project strategies
    • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce development methodologies
    • Find root causes of problems and determine efficient solutions
    • Apply Agile/Scrum methodology to drive system development
    • Perform solution assessment, providing industry best practices to clients

    Additional Preferences or certifications

    • Salesforce Certification on Advanced development and Application/technical architect
    • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite
    • Experience with Pardot form/template development and integration
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Product/Price book configuration
