    Job Description:
    Accounts Executive


    Location:

    Chhattarpur, New DelhiExperience :1 +Responsibilities:
    Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
    Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
    Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
    Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide financial analysis and insights as needed.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
    Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
    Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
    Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.


    Requirements:
    Highest qualification should be B.Com and M.Com.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
    Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Zoho Books.
    Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
    Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


    Preferred:
    Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
    Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
    Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
