    Sales Hunters professionalsneeded

    We need seasoned Hunterswith minimum 7 years Salesexperience.

    • 7 years Sales experiencewith a Tier I or II Systems Integrator / IT Outsourcing firmselling IT Solution IT consulting & outsourcing Services inthe Indian Markets.
    • Based inMumbai
    • Strong 'hunter'profile with a proven track record of opening new logos andoverachieving sales revenue growthtargets.
    • Strong understanding of the BankingFinancial Services must have a specialization in selected industryvertical with strong understanding of the marketplace challenges& trends as well as strong industry ecosystem connects (CXOC1 client stakeholders domain platformvendors).
    • 'Selfstarter' whowill 'run' his/her business like anentrepreneur be a 'innovative order maker' ordertaker and be quickly able to qualify & closedeals.
    • Ability to be creative in dealmaking andcommercial deal constructs; take ownership and move a team(presales delivery finance) towards a common goal of successfuldeal closure.
    • Ability to build strong CXOrelationships clearly articulate 'value' andcreate a 'trusted advisor'status.

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrateoutstanding Business Development skills(Sales).
    • Achieve QoQ and Annual revenue growthtargets set for the account. Demonstrate proven skills with Orderbook protection and consistent revenue & margingrowth.
    • Candidate must be adept at AccountMapping Competition Management Penetrating new areas Identifying& closing opportunities outside of'RFP' process
    • Proven Client& Stakeholder management (CIOorgabization).
    • Manage the endtoend salesprocess for all opportunities including initial clientcommunication onsite presentations RFI response multiday clientworkshops RFP submission negotiation and deal signing. Thecandidate is the focal point for all communication and salesactivities with prospects and customers.
    • Workin close collaboration with delivery & presales teams toensure that proposed offerings and services fully meetcustomers' business and technologyneeds.
    • Ensure total client satisfaction throughthe life cycle of the relationship.
    • Adhere toall Sales Human Resource and corporate ethical policies standardsand guidelines.
    • Demonstrate outstandingcommunication and presentation skills to establish interestcredibility andtrust.

    TravelRequirements

    • Thecandidate is expected to travel regularly to regional prospect andcustomer locations to support lead generation sales presentationscontract negotiations engagement implementation and ongoingrelationshipbuilding.

    EducationRequirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree required.
