- Experience in capturing business opportunities in new accounts/territories.
- Key Account Planning & Management.
- Strong Executive Presence – skilled at building relationships with top executives.
- Specialized in Networking/Security/Cloud Products and proficient in solution sales.
- Engage effectively with Channel Partners and possess in-depth market knowledge.
- Prior experience ideally in Networking, Security, or IT/Cloud OEM, or a prominent IT systems integrator.
- B Tech/ MBA degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years in technology sales.
- Demonstrated success in direct sales to verticals such as Enterprise/BFSI/PSU/Conglomerates/ Cloud/ITES within the designated territory, meeting sales objectives.
- Relevant background/knowledge in data center networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) is a bonus.
- Well-established network and connections, including relationships with industry leaders, CXOs, and partners.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport at all levels.
- Prior sales experience and technical proficiency in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Security, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
