    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing a set of named accounts or assigned territory.
    • Ensure the accomplishment of sales targets.
    • Hunt for and acquire new customers.
    • Experience in capturing business opportunities in new accounts/territories.
    • Key Account Planning & Management.
    • Strong Executive Presence – skilled at building relationships with top executives.
    • Specialized in Networking/Security/Cloud Products and proficient in solution sales.
    • Engage effectively with Channel Partners and possess in-depth market knowledge.

    If you have a tenacious attitude and a successful history in technology sales, with expertise in nurturing existing customer relationships and expanding into new markets, this role is for you. You are a respected influencer, capable of providing valued guidance to end-users and key stakeholders.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Prior experience ideally in Networking, Security, or IT/Cloud OEM, or a prominent IT systems integrator.
    • B Tech/ MBA degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of 12 years in technology sales.
    • Demonstrated success in direct sales to verticals such as Enterprise/BFSI/PSU/Conglomerates/ Cloud/ITES within the designated territory, meeting sales objectives.
    • Relevant background/knowledge in data center networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) is a bonus.
    • Well-established network and connections, including relationships with industry leaders, CXOs, and partners.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport at all levels.
    • Prior sales experience and technical proficiency in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Security, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
