    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Jewelry Sales professional to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Jewelry Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in order to meet and exceed sales targets. This is a Mid-Level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a Full-Time employment opportunity.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Jewelry Sales or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience
    • Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • In-depth product knowledge of various types of jewelry and gemstones
    • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
    • Good networking and relationship-building skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget
    • Provide accurate and detailed information about different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship
    • Upsell and cross-sell jewelry items to maximize sales revenue
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up communication
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new jewelry collections
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
    • Contribute to the overall store presentation and organization
