    Description

    Tax Manager(Partnership)

    Job Descriptions:

    · The candidate will be responsible for US Tax Returns 1065 Returns

    · Should have good knowledge of CCH or OneSource or Go System

    · Preparation and implementation of the tax strategies for Direct taxes at the US and International levels

    · Timely compliance/ assessments related to Federal and state

    · Preparation of tax computations for advance tax payment, State Estimates, and Extensions for Federal/State/local, and Quarterly Provisions

    · Coordinate with the tax advisory firm in the preparation of international tax returns and other compliances

    · Preparations of State Apportionment and State Tax Workpapers

    · Experience in US Federal & State Depreciation Computations

    Experience:

    · 9-12 years of experience in US Direct tax compliance is preferred.

    · Experience in Partnership tax returns preferred

    · In-depth knowledge of US Federal, State taxes and International Taxes

    · Must have experience in any of the taxation tools (CCH preferred)

    · Candidate should have exposure working with CPA Firms and Clients

    · Good verbal and written English communication skills

    · Candidate should be open to working from onsite
