    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations teams partnering with Professional Services and Implementation. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the operational aspects of our implementation projects, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Generate and analyze reports related to Professional Services and Implementation projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare and compile data and reports for Quarterly Operational Reviews and Board meetings, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
    • Oversee and manage workflows in Freshservice, Rocketlane, Salesforce, JIRA, , and Freshdesk, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    • Manage and administer project management tools to ensure workflows, integrations and automation are configured and maintained
    • Administer access to various tools used by the team, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with the hiring team to support recruitment efforts, including reporting on the current state of open requisitions and assisting with candidate onboarding.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Manage and audit operational processes to ensure adherence to standards and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, providing guidance on operational processes and best practices.

    Required skills:

    • Hands-on experience in revenue operations and project management, preferably in a professional services or implementation environment
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in MS office applications
    • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM (Freshsales/Salesforce) for administration and workflow management
    • Good knowledge of Zapier & Workato tools
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
    • Hands on experience working with SQL for data querying & Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
