    Description

    JOB DUTIES:

    The IT Operations Specialist is a key player in the support of the IT infrastructure across all sites in Resideo. This role will initially support level 1 troubleshooting of AD and Network incidents. Over time, this position will take a wider importance by evolving to a level 2 support function and additional technologies will be added to the support portfolio (telephony, security, ...).

    This role will be key to providing detailed insight into network and IAM issues, incident resolution, bandwidth utilization and network/app response time.

    Work may also require involvement in some project related activities.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP and Microsoft professional certification and experience.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Team player willing to share knowledge.
  • At least 3 years' experience in level 1 IT support
  • Good understanding of Network troubleshooting
