    Job Description : Java Lead

    You will be responsible for:

    We are seeking an experienced Java Software Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. As a lead, you will guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely project deliveries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Design, architect, and develop robust and scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
    • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
    • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize application performance.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements and actionable plans.
    • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

    About you:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven 6+ years experience in software development using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
    • Proficiency in core Java, Java 8, emphasizing Multithreading and collections.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
    • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management, particularly with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
    • Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse teams.
