    Revenue Operations Specialist:

    Bird's eye view of your role - As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in optimizing revenue processes and ensuring seamless renewal management and quoting procedures. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to drive efficiency and maximize revenue opportunities.

    • Optimize use of sales tools, work with the field on best practices, system utilization, and adherence to Company and Sales Policies.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, assist in developing new processes and policies, while ensuring proper outcome measurements.
    • Provide direct support to the sales and customer success teams, especially on renewal management.
    • Prepare renewal quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements in coordination with Sales and Customer Success.
    • Assist in building and maintaining key documentation regarding policies, sales processes, and requirements.
    • Support Customer Success with accurate pipeline management of renewals.
    • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process and collaborate with Sales team to maximize revenue retention and expansion.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of quotes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

    This role demands daily discipline, strategic thinking, excellent communication, organizational skills, high energy & initiative, and the ability to understand and articulate complex processes.

    Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Renewal Operations.
    • Experience with managing complex order systems and processes.
    • Demonstrated competence in Salesforce administration and Renewal processing.
