    Description

    Responsibilities :

    1. Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within a high-frequency trading environment.

    2. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

    3. Maintain office supplies inventory and manage procurement processes.

    4. Handle administrative requests and queries from management and employees.

    7. Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

    8. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.

    9. Support HR functions such as payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and employee record maintenance.

    10. Collaborate with IT department to ensure proper functioning of office equipment and systems.

    11. Prepare reports and presentations for executive team meetings as required.

    12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    13. POSH Training

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

    2. Proven experience as an administration manager, administrator, or similar role, preferably within the finance or trading industry.

    3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

    6. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

    8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    9. Familiarity with HR processes and regulations is a plus.

    10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
