    Job Overview:

    This job entails overseeing and managing strategic projects directly aligned with the CEO's vision. The Project Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these initiatives. Joining the CEO's Office offers a unique opportunity for contributing to the company's success.

    Create:


    • Plan and design the project, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
    • Define the project's governance arrangements.
    • Facilitate the appointment of Project Coordinators/Interns/Individuals to project and subproject teams.
    • Drive revenue for two Prerevenue Products: a) EasyBid and b) Price Updates.
    • Demonstrate prior experience in Subscription Sales.
    • Showcase prior experience in Software Sales.
    • Have owned and delivered revenue on a product Manage communications with all stakeholders.
    • Initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues arise.
    • On large and complex projects, it may be appropriate to appoint other individuals to support the The project's budget monitors expenditures and costs against delivered benefits and realizes benefits as the project progresses.
    • Delivery of new products or services from projects meets the appropriate level of quality, is on time, and is within budget, according to the project plan and governance arrangements.
    • Thirdparty contributions to the project when required.
    • The progress of the program at regular intervals to the Central Office, Lead, or project head.
    • Dependencies and interfaces between projects, manage risks to the project's successful outcome.



    We are looking for someone with:

    • 58 years of experience in project management and delivery.
    • Essential leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Crucial ability to command respect and foster a sense of community within project teams.
    • Necessary understanding of planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, as well as business case development.
    • Proficiency in procurement processes, including negotiation, and solid knowledge of program and project management methods.
    • Ability to advise project teams effectively and solve problems preemptively. )
