    ANALITICA is on a mission to help organizations navigate complex data and maximize the role of data in driving business growth. We partner with companies to connect data & analytics processes to the Final Mile of the decision-making process. As a member of our early-stage team, you will focus on solving organizational problems by analyzing data in a structured manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an early-stage start-up, working directly with clients across B2B and B2C industries. Here is a ground floor level opportunity to be part of a growing company that aims to impact decision making using data in large organizations.

    Objectives of this Role

    We are looking for a Client Partner to support our client operations. Our Client Partners work as a point of contact for our clients. They are critical in framing analysis requirements, assessing data availability and leading solution development. The Client Partner leads a team of data analysts to find ways to embed analytics into decision making for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand client's business requirements, identifying data needs and translating business need to analytic requirements.
    • Design cutting edge, innovative solutions - Our outputs are usually BI tools, data applications, analysis, storytelling and insights presentations
    • Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
    • Create frameworks and develop problem solving methodologies.
    • Work in tandem with clients in building meaningful insights from data. Ability work with VP level clientele.
    • Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic results for use by various key stakeholders.
    • Lead and coach a team of analysts, guiding them thru the analysis process.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Work experience of 6+ years, preferably in a business / marketing analytics role. Experience in managing US-based clients preferred. CPG, Food & Beverage and/or Foodservice is a plus.
    • Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Management or related fields
    • Exceptional analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
    • Familiarity with data management tools and scripts – e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
    • Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
