    Job Summary :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect/Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects.

    The Solution Architect/Technical Lead will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions.

    Responsibilities :

    - Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

    - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    - Architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of the business.

    - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

    - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

    - Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and solution quality.

    - Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

    - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

    - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders.

    Qualifications :

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    Master's degree preferred.

    - Proven experience 10 years as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in software development.

    - Strong proficiency in software design and architecture principles.

    - Extensive experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.

    - Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.

    - Knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, ESB).

    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

    - Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.

    - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
