    Description
    Job Title - Java Lead

    Experience - 8+ Years-

    Location - Noida

    Primary Skills - Java8, Spring boot, Microservices, Team Lead.

    Educational Qualification - Any Engineering related degree- Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the entire software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release.
    • Work closely with the Product Manager / Architect to define project deliverables.
    • Mentor and motivate the team to achieve project deadlines.
    • Write code for complex modules and collaborate with the Architect to define product architecture.
    • Establish coding guidelines and ensure team adherence.
    • Conduct code reviews based on agreedupon standards.
    • Possess handson experience with relevant technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Java 8+.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Object-Oriented and Cloudnative computing design patterns.
    • Have a working knowledge of CI/CD processes.
    • Possess working knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab.
    • Communicate with stakeholders and team members effectively, and provide technical leadership on
    projects.


    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to projects as needed.

    Key skills required for the role :

    • Expertise in Java programming language and related technologies such as Spring boot, Spring Data Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, and Kafka.
    • Strong understanding of Microservice Architecture and Cloudnative computing design patterns.
    • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms like AWS.
    • Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Angular can also be valuable.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or iterative development methodologies.
    • Experience in managing and mentoring crossfunctional teams, as well as collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Managers and Architects.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and
    deliver solutions that meet business needs.


    • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • A willingness to stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

    Desired experience :

    • At least 8+ years of experience in Java development and related technologies.
    • At least 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar role, with proven experience managing crossfunctional teams.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum or iterative development methodologies.
    • Proven experience with Microservice Architecture and Cloudnative computing design patterns.
    • Handson experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud platforms like AWS.
    • Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence, as well as source control systems like GitLab.
