    Job Title : Team Lead - Java

    Job Location : Noida (WFO)

    Experience : 7 Years+

    Job Responsibilities :


    We are seeking a skilled Team Lead-Java to join our dynamic team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for handling a team and, designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with the frontend development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.


    Your expertise in Java programming, database management, and server-side technologies will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our applications.

    Key Responsibilities :


    • Develop and maintain the serverside components of web applications using Java and related technologies.
    • Design and implement efficient and secure APIs for seamless integration with frontend components.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
    • Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.
    • Integrate external systems and services through RESTful or SOAP APIs.
    • Ensure proper documentation of the codebase, including code comments and technical documentation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with the support team.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
    Qualifications and Requirements :


    - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    • Should have Team Handling Experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
    • Solid understanding of backend development principles, including serverside architecture, database management, and web services.
    • Experience with building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
    • Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
    • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
    • Knowledge of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
    • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced development environment.
