    The Senior Strategic Advisor role involves offering strategic guidance and counsel to senior business stakeholders to aid them in accomplishing their organizational aims and objectives. This position collaborates with various stakeholders within a business area(s) to develop medium-term strategic plans that enhance operations to boost overall profitability in line with the organization's broader strategic goals.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provides sound strategic advice to senior management stakeholders on enhancing NTT's operations to boost profitability.
    • Reviews financial reports to pinpoint areas of weakness that may necessitate additional investment.
    • Tracks industry trends to identify business model opportunities and threats.
    • Evaluates external factors that could impact business operations success.
    • Assesses competitors' strengths and weaknesses to devise strategies for outperforming them.
    • Examines market trends to ascertain the most profitable products and services for NTT to invest in.
    • Works with senior management stakeholders to create medium to long-term strategic plans for achieving business objectives.
    • May propose changes such as alterations to organizational structures or business processes to enhance efficiencies.

    • Comprehensive understanding of the specific industry.
    • Ability to devise solutions for complex and demanding problems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to analyze intricate data and offer data-driven strategic recommendations.

    • A strategic outlook with the capability to think critically, anticipate future challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
    • Solid business acumen and knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends.

    • Leadership qualities, including a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

    Required Experience:

    • Extensive experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a comparable strategic consultancy role.
    • Demonstrated advanced experience working in a global matrixed organization.
    • Demonstrated advanced experience providing guidance on strategic projects and their successful outcomes.
