    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our team. The Design Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the creative direction of our projects, overseeing a team of designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design team in conceptualizing and executing creative projects across various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to designers to foster their professional growth and development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
    • Oversee the creation of visually compelling content, including graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design across all projects.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and digital marketing.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
    • Location: Gurgaon, Work from Office
