    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
     Define and implement audit plans, programs, checklists and procedures covering all
    aspects of business operations.
     Lead and perform operational, financial audits.
     Liaise with key stakeholders, supervise teams and provide guidance as needed.
     Evaluate and examine processes, policies and procedures and systems in place to
    identify risks and suggest mitigating controls.
     Participate in key initiatives/value add activities

    Essential Skills
     Good understanding of key business processes, risks and controls
     Strong business acumen and analytical skills; high proficiency in excel and
    powerpoint
     Ability to multi-task and perform in both physical and virtual environments
     Ability to successfully operate in a team-oriented environment
     Good communication skills (written and oral) and report-writing ability
     Highly motivated and confident, positive personality

    Mandatory Skills: Internal Audit
    Preferred Skills: Internal Audit
    Years of Experience: 2+ years
    Qualifications: UG/ PG/ Preferably Chartered Accountant/ Certified Internal Auditor
