    Description

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

    • Proven experience in leading the information security portfolio in largescale enterprise
    • Minimum 15+ years of experience working with strong expertise in leading the Security function
    • Strong people leader with deep team management experience
    • Capable of driving a culture of high performance, ownership, and inclusion across the team
    • Strong experience with building complex systems for security intelligence & cyber threat analytics
    • Extensive exposure to new product development & security areas with a focus on security operations & managing security processes, governance, and compliance.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are met.

    EDUCATION :
    A bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science / Information Systems or a related field.


    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

    • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
    • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, and CRISC are a must
    • Design, implement, deploy, and manage systems/applications monitoring processes and tools to proactively identify and resolve security threats within the company computing environment.
    • Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems. Utilize monitoring tools to identify issues, resolve and/or escalate to development.
    • Develop and implement a robust Disaster Recovery strategy for critical systems and infrastructure. Assesssingle points of failure in infrastructure and recommend actions as appropriate.
