    Description
    JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East, Mumbai.

    Responsibilities:
    • Interact with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, to understand their needs and concerns.
    • Coordinate with the production team for orders
    • Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
    • Good understanding of costing in jewellery.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
    • Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
    • Communicate important announcements, updates, and promotions to customers effectively.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to share customer insights and trends.


    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Must be experienced in giving Quotations, Pricing, Invoicing & Order processing.
    • Proficient in MS-Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
    • 3-6 years' Experience
    • Ability to understand and analyse the data quickly
    • Analytical thinking
    • Proactive & Go getter personality
    • Self-motivated & Dynamic in nature
