    POSITION OVERVIEW: Apollo is seeking an Analyst/ Associate to join its Client Product & Solutions investor Services team. This group manages investor inquiries, investor reporting, data quality projects, and technology enhancement recommendations across our Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit business segments. Beyond investors, Investor Services' key stakeholders include controllers, sales and marketing, external administrators, and legal.

    The Investor Services Analyst/ Associate will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing dedicated support during the Asia-Pacific (APAC) business hours and for managing Investor inquiries and reporting needs – ensure appropriate triaging, tagging, routing and reporting for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, which is a vital function within the financial services industry, responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring seamless account servicing for investors across various countries in the APAC region. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating investor onboarding, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The person will report into the IS Director based out of Mumbai. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical/data-oriented skill sets are required.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address investor inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex inquiries to appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Understand investors' needs, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to offer personalized support and tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for counterparts/ investors in the APAC region, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with sales, product, controllers, tax, and other departments to create/merge fund and/or investor specific reports or to resolve investor query.
  • Manage investor inquiries through Salesforce cases.
  • Data management across systems.
  • Continuously assess processes and procedures to define & document enhancement requirements and reporting needs.
  • Create dashboards, exception reports and escalation matrices.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in finance.
  • 3 to 7 years of related investor services/data analytics/reporting experience.
  • Prior experience in investor services, client onboarding, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on the APAC region, is advantageous.
  • Experience of or other CRM system.
  • Basic understanding of Private Equity & Alternative Investments a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness to effectively interact with investors from diverse backgrounds across the region.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English is typically required, and proficiency in additional languages commonly used in the APAC region is a plus.
  • Experience working with Tech team for requirement gathering, UAT and implementation.
