- Oversee all aspects of commercial leasing activities for the group companies, including but not limited to property documentation, lease agreements, and rental negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing transactions.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective properties, assessing suitability and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property leasing, including documentation, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for leasing activities.
- Monitor and manage property taxes, ensuring timely payment and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and legislative changes impacting commercial real estate leasing.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on leasingrelated matters, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Custodian of all documentation related to Commercial, Residential, as well as all Land parcels of the group company
- Work with Business & Legal team to help support with execution of Sale Deeds, Registration, Conveyance deeds etc
- Support any liaison activity and work related for all group company properties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably within the industrial or commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex lease agreements.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements governing commercial leasing activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Travel may be required to visit property sites and attend meetings with stakeholders.
