Willpartner with CLIENT staff in creative problem solving and assistwith strategic technology decisions.

Manageuser access and privileges to the DP environments.

Monitor security policies as defined in theIdentity and Access Management (IAM) interface on AWS andcollaborate with CLIENT staff to remediate any security issues thatare surfaced.

Will be responsible for makingchanges across dev integration staging and production environmentif there are any changes in access policies.

Monitor and manage user roles and AWS resource configuration basedon existing CLIENT compliance requirements.

Implement and maintain adherence to Personally IdentifiableInformation (PII) policies as defined by Harvard (via CLIENT andDTx). Develop maintain and execute infrastructure as code (IaC)lifecycle including but not limited to building CloudFormationscripts integrating with GitHub Actions gaining approval fordeployments with CLIENT and executing and validating pushes tointegration test and production.

Automate andmanage the process to onboard new users to AWS.

Manage user access to GitHub repositories in collaboration withrepository owners.

ManagedData & Applications

Provide support forapplications and model deployments in production dev staging andintegration environments.

Will partner withCLIENT staff in creative problem solving and will assist withstrategic technology decisions.

Support andmaintain the data pipelines from both internal and external datasources feeding into the DP set up on AWS.

Support for the pipeline set up for training the machine learning(ML) and generative AI models and for running batch inferencing forthe ML models.

Create new environments/accountsas required to support new projects.

The MSPwill implement and maintain alerting and monitoring for generativeAI and ML models data pipeline and security.

MSP will manage backups perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for anyincidents and provide a proactive plan for managing patches and hotfixes.

MSP will participate in the productionand review of runbooks (as produced by the application developmentteams) prior to application s deployment intoproduction.
