    Description

    Industry Experience in ETL Solutions:

    • Over 12 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions using industry-standard tools
    • 3 years of hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing end-to-end transformations and workflows as per specifications
    • Experience with Talend Data Mapper or working with XML data structures is mandatory
    • Deep SQL knowledge and scripting experience are essential
    • Good understanding of Java and hands-on experience with Java functions in Talend
    • Leading small teams, conducting code quality reviews, and recommending best practices
    • Translating customer requirements into functional data mapping and transformation specifications
    • Proficient in MS Office tools
    • Excellent communication skills in English

    Personal Skills:

    • Independent worker with out-of-the-box thinking and a can-do attitude
    • Excellent analytical skills

    Additional Skills/Requirements:

    • Experience with Talend Data Quality component is advantageous
    • Good knowledge of the insurance business is a plus, especially in actuarial or insurance fields
    • Experience with information systems (e.g., ERP) at a super user level is beneficial
    • Ability to understand data models and complex data structures
    • Must have deep SQL knowledge
    • Experience or degree in programming is advantageous
