JobDescriptionOur company isseeking a skilled and experienced Data Warehouse Engineer to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in ETL tools such as AWS Glue Azure Data FactoryFivetran Talend Pentaho and others. They shouldpossess a strong command of SQL including query performance tuningand index management as well as a solid understanding of databasestructures and data modeling concepts.In this role the DataWarehouse Engineer will be responsible for building and maintainingdata warehouses for our clients. They will design automate andsupport complex data extraction transformation and loading (ETL)applications.
RequiredSkills and Responsibilities:

Minimum 3 years ofexperience in ETL tools such as SSIS Informatica Talend PentahoDatastage Azure Data factory.
Very good SQL knowledge including query performance tuning indexmanagement etc.
Proficient indata modeling concepts.
Familiarity withvarious SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques and Big Datatechnologies.
Certified in anyETL tool or cloud data engineering.

DesiredSkills:

Experiencewith Linux operatingsystems.
Good codingskills (Python and any other programminglanguage).
Knowledge ofSpark.
Strong problemsolving skills and abilityto troubleshoot datarelated issues in a distributed computeenvironment (whether onprem or oncloud)
Excellent communication and teamworkabilities.
Ability to work independently andhandle multiple taskssimultaneously.

KeyResponsibilities:

Build data warehouseand ETL pipelines for our customers utilizing various datawarehousing ideas.
Design automate and supportsophisticated data extraction transformation and loadingapplications.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or related field. Masters degreepreferred.
