    About the role...

    We are seeking a talented Senior/ Manager UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior/ Manager UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences across our products and services. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business and user needs.

    What you'll do for us...

    • Lead the design of user experiences across our products and services, from ideation to implementation
    • Design industry leading customer experiences for our supply chain platform.
    • Collaborate with solution architects, PMs, customers, UI developers, and QA to deliver extraordinary user experiences.
    • Identify user interface requirements; help define project approach and user experience strategy.
    • Set conceptual design and suggest product direction based on customer research and functional requirements.
    • Define the user interaction model and workflows.
    • Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new interfaces and features.
    • Develop UI specifications. Present designs by way of design documentation, verbal presentations, and online meetings.
    • Conduct user research, user testing, and usability testing to inform design decisions
    • Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design concepts
    • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for development teams
    • Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
    • Mentor and coach junior UX designers on design methodologies and best practices
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies

    What you'll have...

    • ·Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing complex, cross-platform products and services
    • Experience in designing for B2B Companies.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
    • Experience conducting user research, user testing, and usability testing
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
    • Experience mentoring and coaching junior UX designers
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
