Purpose of Role:

To Participate into Reasearch & Development projects or developement activity to meet organization's goal.

Educational Qualification:

M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)

Experience in (In Years):

Having approx 2 To 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

To carry out lab/pilot batches to develop the product and also perform Raw material, Inprocess and finished product
Customized sample preparation for different customers as per their need and submit samples in a given time line. Also participate in
Coordinates with the team members, inter department for troubleshooting to resolve quality issues, Conduct trials for process optimization
Ensure good housekeeping as per 5S systems and good manufacturing practices in the R & D section
Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower
Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs plus
