    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff at Dreamwave AI. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes overseeing projects, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams, and providing support to the CEO.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of AI and creative technology is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of fostering collaboration, driving results, and building high-performing teams.
    • Experience in the technology or research industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of AI and its potential impact on creativity.
    • High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Experience in project management and team coordination
