    Description
    Join our team as a FinanceManager Compliance on an exciting journey in the world of digitalmarketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuringthat our financial practices and procedures comply with allrelevant regulations and laws including foreign currency compliancetransfer pricing foreign exchange certificates compliance GSTcompliance compliance with the Permanent Establishment Act andchecking client agreements and contracts to safeguard the companysinterests. This role involves conducting internal auditsimplementing compliance policies and providing guidance to thefinanceteam.
    Onany given day youmight
    • Develop andmaintain a comprehensive compliance framework to ensure adherenceto relevant laws regulations and industrystandards.
    • Monitor changes in financialregulations and update internal policies and proceduresaccordingly.
    • Assess potential compliance risksand implement appropriate controls to mitigate riskseffectively.
    • Conduct regular compliance reviewsand audits to ensure adherence to established policies andprocedures.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to provide guidance on compliance matters and ensurealignment with regulatory requirements.
    • Developand deliver training programs to enhance compliance awareness andunderstanding among employees.
    • Stay updated onevolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices toproactively address potential complianceissues.
    • Lead investigations into complianceviolations or suspected fraudulent activities and take appropriatecorrective actions.
    • Prepare and submit requiredregulatory reports accurately and in a timelymanner.
    • Maintain effective relationships withregulatory authorities and externalauditors.
    • Evaluate financial risks and developstrategies to mitigate them in line with FEMAguidelines.
    • Prepare and submitreports on compliance status includingFEMA compliance to seniormanagement.
    • Conduct regular internal audits toassess compliance with established policies including those relatedto FEMA and foreign currencyregulations.
    • Create and update financialcompliance policies and procedures addressing foreign currencyregulations transfer pricing requirements foreign exchangecertificates GST compliance for foreign transactions and thePermanent Establishment Act.
    • Stay abreast ofchanges in financial regulations including foreign currencycompliance GST Compliance Permanent Establishment Act and ensureorganizational compliance.
    • Developing reviewingand leading the implementation of new transfer pricing policies orrevisions to existing policies.
    • Enhancinggovernance and controls over the transfer pricingcalculation/execution reporting/documentationprocesses.
    • Thoroughly review client agreementsand contracts to ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements.
    • Safeguard the companys interestsby identifying and mitigating any compliance risks withincontractual obligations.
    • Verify documents suchas Aadhar PAN card and necessary certificates to ensure compliancewith foreign regulations.
    • Establish andmaintain a robust process for document verification in accordancewith foreign compliancestandards.

    Theideal personwill
    • Bachelors infinance accounting or a related field. A masters degree orprofessional certification is a plus.
    • 8 yearsof experience in finance compliance or risk management preferablywithin the digital marketing industry or a relatedfield.
    • Strong knowledge of financialregulations compliance frameworks and internal controlprinciples.
    • Experience in conducting compliancereviews audits and riskassessments.
    • Familiarity with relevant laws andregulations
    • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with a keen attention todetail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels.
    • Proven ability to lead and influencecrossfunctional teams to drive complianceinitiatives.
    • Ability to work independentlymanage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficiency in using financialsoftware and MS Officeapplications.
