    RolesandResponsibilities

    • ManageEnd to End trade execution Via BSE & NSEExchange
    • Reconciliationof the tradesettlements
    • InventoryManagement
    • Executebuy and sell orders for debt securities and other financialinstruments on behalf of clients/Distributors.
    • Buildand maintain relationships with clients addressing their inquiriesand concerns and providing exceptional customerservice.
    • Monitormarket trends economic indicators and news events to identifyinvestment opportunities andrisks.
    • Collaboratewith research analysts and other team members to develop investmentstrategies and portfoliorecommendations.
    • Stayupdated on industry developments regulatory changes and bestpractices in the brokerageindustry.
    • Identifyand address operational challenges process gaps and glitches inDaily BAUs.
    • Continuouslyenhance operational procedures within the system to align with theorganizations scale andscope.
    • Alignwith internal compliance and risk & regulatory policies toachieve business processexcellence.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in finance economicsbusiness administration or relatedfield.
    • 3to 7 years of experience as a licensed stock broker or investmentadvisor.
    • Strongunderstanding of financial markets investment products and tradingplatforms.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust withclients.
    • Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptionalclientservice.
    • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
    • Charteredwealth Manager Fixed income Certifications or NISM certificationsifany
    • StrongNumerical skills required to structure pricing for Fixed Incomeproducts.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and enjoys working in a highly iterative agileand open teamenvironment.

Exceptional communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and makedata-driven decisions. Proficient in customer support software andtools.
