    Description

    ORMB Techno-Functional Consultant

    Required skill: ORMB as Primary and Business Analyst as Secondary Skills.

    (Oracle Revenue Management & Billing)

    Responsibilities

    1. Successfully manage setup and implementation of Oracle EBS modules - (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing).
    2. Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, critical path plan and engagement profitability.
    3. Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution.
    4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
    5. Manage stakeholder expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep.
    6. Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed upon and adjusted against the timeline.
    7. Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
    8. Control and report progress to the internal management within LSEG and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner, initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track.
    9. Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live.
    10. Closely monitor and report on project budget.
    11. Work with a global team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

    Mandatory Skills

    1. Functional knowledge/exposure to Oracle EBS modules - (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing) consisting of at least 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle implementations.
    2. Must have managed at least one end-to-end implementations.
    3. Overall strong Project Management capabilities and strong MS excel skills.
    4. Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy / systems integrator.
    5. Experience in Project Planning tools is a must. Ex: MS Projects, Asana
    6. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
    7. Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
