    About Function/Department

    Response is the Sales function of the Company and contributes over 90% to the Company's top line. The function has 1,700+ colleagues who are engaged in business planning, business development, revenue assurance, fulfilment of client orders, and sales capability building. The function uses world class processes, cutting edge technology and analytics to ensure that business growth objectives are met.

    About the Position

    This role focuses on driving business growth for Grey Cell within the Creative Business Portfolio by developing revenue streams, acquiring new clients, and enhancing existing account relationships. Responsibilities include crafting innovative marketing solutions, managing integrated marketing efforts across multiple platforms, and scaling existing intellectual properties for continued success and profitability.

    Grey Cell focusses on providing knowledge based B2B marketing solutions to companies.

    Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with the Branch Horizontal Head for developing and executing the strategies to drive the NCR Branch business growth by building new avenues of revenue for Grey Cell, a part of the Creative Business Portfolio, through Brand Solutions, conceptualizing and creating IPs and Sales.
  • Responsible for the business development, driving new customer acquisition across industry verticals and managing and growing the share of wallet of existing accounts.
  • Ideate and deliver compelling and innovative integrated brand marketing solutions in line with the clients' organisational business challenges, brand marketing plans, etc., that will create a competitive edge for generating ad revenue, sponsorships and creation and monetization of various IPs.
  • Manage the experiential and 3600 integrated solutions and offerings across print, digital, on-ground events, outdoor, etc.
  • Scale, market and manage the existing IPs.
