We are looking for aHelp Desk Technician to become a part of our team. As a Help DeskTechnician you will be responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service and technical support to our clients. Provide technical support to clients through phone email orinperson
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Document and track all support requests
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
Deliverexcellent customer service to clients
Requirements
