    Description
    We are looking for aHelp Desk Technician to become a part of our team. As a Help DeskTechnician you will be responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service and technical support to our clients. The idealcandidate should possess basic IT knowledge excellent communicationskills problemsolving skills and patience.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide technical support to clients through phone email orinperson
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    Document and track all support requests
    Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
    Deliverexcellent customer service to clients

    Requirements


    Excellent customer service skills
    Diploma orAssociate Degree in IT or related field
    Basic ITknowledge
    Good communication skills
    Problemsolving skills
    Patience
    Portugueselanguage (mandatory)

    Bachelor's degreein Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years ofexperience in CAD design. Expertise in ProE, Creo , and AutoCAD.Knowledge of the AS9100D framework. CAD certification is preferred.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills. Good understandingof mechanisms, fasteners, etc. Good knowledge of engineeringmaterials, special processes, etc. Good knowledge of GD&T,Dimensioning Techniques, fits, allowances, etc.
