    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Review of Business continuity policy and procedure with implementation across organization
    • In depth knowledge along with carrying of Business Impact analysis (BIA) for critical process from people, process and technology
    • Developing, implementing, maintaining and refining Enterprise Business Continuity & Disaster recovery framework and their Governance
    • Facilitating development of continuity plans, design cost-effective risk mitigation controls in alignment with the business and in consultation with the responsible stakeholders
    • Coordinating and creation of recovery plan for full site restoration including order of operations with relevant stakeholders
    • Building plans to train, test, and audit the organizations business continuity preparedness;
    • Collaborating with peers of all divisions, to develop roadmaps for infrastructure technologies, policies and procedures
    • Risk evaluation, control and business impact analysis including development of business continuity strategy, emergency response and operations
    • Strong understanding of Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices
    • Planning, designing and implementing strategic processes, architectures, policies and procedures to keep pace with the growth demands in the technical and network infrastructure
    • Implementing as defined by policy information security and Business Continuity Policy standards that will be applied across organization ecosystem
    • Establishing, implementing and monitoring company-wide policies and procedures for availability, change management, maintenance and capacity planning
    • DR strategies plans including RPO, RTO, crisis communication planning and testing of all plans
    • Analyzing impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable Recovery Time periods and resource requirements
    • Supporting all phases of the Business Continuity preparedness, test and maintain activities and support special projects using project management best practices
    • Work with the internal teams to build on an existing information security program and ongoing security projects that address information security risks and compliance requirements.
    • Monitor and report on compliance with security policies, as well as the enforcement of policies.
    • Ensuring operational compliances with regulations such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, Data Privacy etc.
    • Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.
    • Execute information security assessment, business continuity assessment, risk assessments pertaining to Airtel environment.
    • Execute technical risk assessments around applications, control testing etc.
    • Ensure security by design
    • Ensuring operational compliances with data privacy regulations like GDPR and guiding the delivery managers on privacy by design and security by design principles

    SKILLS

    • Minimum of 6 Years of Experience in performing BCP/DR operations life cycle for large data centers and big enterprises
    • Experience with Infrastructure systems, backup software andBIA, RPO andRTO strategies, risk evaluation
    • Deep understanding of IT DR at both a technical and business level
    • Expertise in delivery of risk and compliance advisory services
    • Excellent technical capabilities around information security, business continuity and technology risk assessments
    • Good compliance understanding of industry domains such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    QUALIFICATIONS

    BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA qualification or equivalent

    Mandatory Industry Certifications:

    CISA/CISM/CISSP

    ISO 27001 & ISO 22301 Implementer, Lead Auditor
