    Job Summary

    A Change Management Consultant / Analyst is a professional who helps organizations and people adapt to change, such as new technologies, processes, structures or cultures. They are part of a Change Management workstream during large transformation projects, where they apply their expertise and knowledge of how people and organizations manage change.

    A Change Management Consultant / Analyst performs a variety of tasks, such as:

    • Performing stakeholders' analysis and change impacts assessment
    • Developing a Change Management plan, including communication and training plans
    • Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing learning deliverables
    • Designing and executing Communications, to ensure the message reaches all impacted users
    • Collaborating among diverse teams on an international scale
    • Planning and coordinating trainings, to ensure all users are properly prepared and trained
    • Measuring progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readiness
    • Monitors stakeholder behaviors and resistance to change during post-implementation and identifies strategies to reinforce adoption
    • Supporting people and organizations in adoption of change, new tools or new ways of working
    • Contributing to practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing, training and attending community events
    • Employs proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change enablement approach is embedded in program(s) and projects.
    • Support the division with technical training
    • Works with the division to understand needs and support teams to ensure they have the needed items to sustain the change.

    What are the qualifications of a Change Management Consultant / Analyst?

    A Change Management Consultant / Analyst should have the following qualifications:

    • Minimum bachelor's degree
    • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
    • Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)
    • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
    • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information Technology

    Professional work experience of 10 to 13 years in Microsoft technologies.
