Roles and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the IT/ non-IT recruiting and staffing industry.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US staffing industry, specifically working with full-time direct hire clients and W2 roles (but not limited to this).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Your expertise in the US staffing industry, particularly in full-time direct hire and W2 roles, will be essential in successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Note:
you will be on probation period of 3 months
Candidate must have a laptop + Good Wi-Fi connection.
