We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce company seeking a talented and driven Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daytoday operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to drive operational efficiency and productivity
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field
2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an Ecommerce or retail environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Experience with inventory management systems and order management platforms
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
