    Description

    About the job :

    • The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems.
    • This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively.
    • Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    System Installation and Configuration :

    • Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
    • Set up and maintain hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment.
    • IP Phone Configuration

    Network Management :

    • Design, implement, and manage organizationwide networks.
    • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.

    Server Administration :

    • Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual.
    • Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.

    Security and Compliance :

    • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

    Backup and Recovery :

    • Implement data backup and recovery strategies.
    • Conduct regular data backups and test recovery procedures.

    User Support :

    • Provide technical support to endusers and resolve hardware and software issues.
    • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.

    Monitoring and Performance Optimization :

    • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
    • Optimize system and network configurations for efficiency.

    Documentation :

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
    • Create guides for troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Be abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Ready to Work from Office
    • Must have process orientation
