    Location:
    Koramangala, Bangalore

    Exp: 2-4 years


    We are looking for self-motivated, high performance "Technical Recruiters" with 2-4 years of experience at our office in Bangalore, who will be responsible for the sourcing, technical screening, and successful on-boarding of resources to fill the open positions.

    You should have an excellent knowledge of the recruitment process & accomplishments.
    CBSI is hiring IT Recruiters having experience in Contract Staffing and

    C2H Staffing.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT positions.
    Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in specific opportunities.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
    Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    Support recruiters in candidate engagement activities, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.
    Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including organizing candidate resumes, preparing interview materials, and updating recruitmentid network.
