    Summary:

    We are looking for talented young professionals who are keen to implement Talent Developmentinitiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.

    This role holder activelyresearches and implements effective methods to educate and enhance the performance of ourassociates.

    He / She will be responsible for execution of company-wide developmental needs and will need to plan and arrange suitable learning solutions for our associates.

    This position actively works and collaborates with the HR Business Partners within each unit to drive the Talent Development initiatives, ensure the desired outcome and report out on the benefits to the stakeholders on a periodic basis.

    In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. A successful candidate will be excited about the prospect of leading by example.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Executing learning strategies and programs as part of Monthly / Quarterly calendar.
    • Planning and executing Technical and Behavioral skills programs and other learning events.
    • Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training programs to evaluate and measureimpact and effectiveness to business goals.
    • Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal associates andexternal partners to deliver learning solutions utilizing a variety of media.
    • Developing and maintaining organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boardsand newsletters to ensure associates have knowledge of learning and development events.
    Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR team.
    Required Skills / Abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.
    • Should be proficient in usage of MS Office tools and leveraging new age AI platforms.
    • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
    • Ability to publish various types of dashboards and design reports and views.
    • Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    Education and Experience
    • Degree in Computer Science or related fields / Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / Social Work (with specialization in Human Resources)/ Psychology from industry recognized educational institutes.
    • Two to Three years of experience in implementing talent development programs, preferablyin the IT Products / Services industry.
    • Practitioner level experience with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
    • Certification in any behavioral psychometric assessment methodologies / tools will be anadvantage.
