    Position Summary

    HID is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with deep technical expertise as a Tableau Administrator to join the CRM Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The Tableau Administrator will be primarily responsible for creating, testing, researching and maintaining all aspects of our Tableau instance, and all integrated data processes.

    The CRM Center of Excellence team has global oversight and responsibility for the data, analytics and reporting that showcase our sales and marketing data that ultimately drive key decision making for our stakeholders. The analytics team works closely with marketing and sales leadership to create the best possible efficiency gains using state of the art analytics and business insights. As a key member of the broader global sales and marketing team, you will interact with all of the HID commercial functions.

    This role will require becoming a trusted advisor to business colleagues in the use and deployment of data derived from Salesforce/Marketo platforms to drive commercial excellence. In addition, the position will work with the Business Area commercial leads, Digital Engagement leads, Marketing Communications, and IT teams to ensure ongoing advancement of regular data / analytical improvements.

    Roles & Responsibilities: Tableau Analyst (min 2+ years)

    • Ensure our Tableau instance is best-in-class to support global business requirements.
    • Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Tableau as well as configuring Salesforce, Google Analytics, Matomo and other 3rd party tools to connect data with Tableau.
    • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with Tableau.
    • Stay on top of Tableau developments, industry trends, and best practices around analytics.
    • Collaborate with the Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics on strategy, architecture, and processes.
    • Drive key insights for our internal clients within Tableau and meet key deliverable timelines.
    • Create, maintain, and optimize reporting in Tableau.
    • Implement quality control procedures to ensure our system data is accurately captured and maintained within our AWS data lake
    • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation on key data processes, workflows, and training documents.
    • Help build network of Tableau user champions by disseminating knowledge of platform. Play key liaison responsibilities, effectively coordinating and communicating between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Deliver actionable data from Salesforce & Marketo to various teams and support ongoing reporting/dashboard requests.
    • Participate in discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customer's data requirements.
    • Build relationships across HID IT partners to establish Tableau solution enhancements and related training activities.
    • Play key role in design of Salesforce and Marketo with a keen eye on data integrity.

    Preferred Qualities:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field or relevant experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator in Tableau
    • Sales & Marketing Operations experience, 2+ years
    • Certified Tableau Administrator, Tableau Data Analyst (preferred)
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Experience with Google Analytics or Matomo
    • Experience with B-to-B results-oriented demand generation and digital marketing campaigns

    Experience Required:

    • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines
    • Direct experience with Sales Cloud, Marketo or equivalent
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards, Proficient with Demandtools, Data Loader, Workbench and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills, interpersonal, conflict resolution and customer service skills
    • Must be able to work within business process, IT and business teams.
    • Ability to articulate end to end process and technical requirements across delivery functions.
    • Able to analyze Salesforce data, and drive actions with business to keep it reliable, and repeatable.
    • Experience using Agile Project Management process.

    Computer Skills:

    • 3+ years progressive experience deploying Tableau globally with minimum of 2 complete enterprise-wide implementations.
    • Exposure to breath of SALESFORCE ecosystems (Sales, Service, Communities, CPQ, Marketo)
