    Description

    YASH Technologies, a leading enterprise business and technology solution partner for medium and large global customers, is seeking Service Delivery Manager with Java Professionals, who thrives on challenge and desires to make a real difference in the business world.

    Your Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for self-starters who are passionate about getting things done, think strategically. Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope and Project Plans.

    Primary responsibilities include working closely with technical team, product management, UX designers and backend developers on the design, development, testing and deployment of our next generation applications and existing product lines. You will undertake all assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively and professionally in accordance with company, team, and customer expectations.

    We are looking forward to hire Service Delivery Manager in the following areas :

    Experience: 9-10 years of experience with minimum 5-6 years of Project management experience

    Qualification: B.E /B. Tech or required equivalent. Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory

    Primary Skills

    1. Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in this SOW. Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures. Transition management during set up phase or expansion phases.
    2. Drive teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains
    3. Client Relationship Management
    4. Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/ targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality and compliance measures
    5. Timecard management to ensure no loss of productive hours
    6. Team and People Management (around 20 to 25 in size)
    7. Effectively managing and coaching leads and team members
    8. Good ITSM knowledge.
    9. Good communication skills (as he needs to interact with client on daily basis)
