    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience as an Accountant in the manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in accounting software
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting
    • Experience in tax planning and preparation

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
    • Manage and reconcile bank statements, cash flow statements, and income statements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and suggesting improvements
    • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
    • Handle tax planning and preparation
    • Provide support during audits or financial inspections
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
